The Adamson is a family run small hotel in the village of Crossford, Fife passionate about supporting local food and drink producers. On the historical route Monks would take between Culross and Dunfermline Abbeys we're well placed to welcome weary travellers and revellers alike!

As we enter 2023 we've launched our NEW MENU full of the best of Scotland Larder. From fresh Shetland Mussels to a coorie Scottish Beef Shin Tagliatelli or Cranachan Creme Brule made with local honey, We'll also be introducing Special Dishes throughout the year based on seasonal Scottish Produce.
